This couples-oriented feature about a cheatin' hubby (Vince Vouyer) and his faithful wife (Kobe Tai) received solid marks when we first reviewed the VHS release (April '98). The usual Vivid bonuses (liberal chapter stops, multi-angle sex, awards footage, extra sex clips) are a part of the DVD package, and some nice improvements have come along the way: Instead of the usual "Meet the Vivid Girls" opener, we are treated to a brief but stylish striptease by Tai. Also, an updated version of the "Meet the Vivid Girls" into is now accessible only via the main menu. It features all-new bios, graphics and video clips; viewers can choose to meet the girls one right after another, or select them individually by clicking on the appropriate hot button.
As with some Vivid DVD's pixelation is often visible in backgrounds and other areas of soft focus or low contrast. We also detected an occasional, split-second "hitch" in the audio/video on our Toshiba SD-2107 whenever the disc played past a chapter stop or a multi-angle branch. Even though we were looking for it, the hitch was virtually undetectable on the AVN RCA and Sony players.
